Children, young people and families Junior church meets every Sunday morning 10.30 – 11.30, catering for children up to 14 years of age. There is a creche for the very young and age appropriate activity for different age groups. BWise, for those aged 11-14 meets monthly on Sunday evenings to explore Christian faith, biblical and social topics in a relaxed and informal environment. Youth Fellowship, for young people over 14 years of age, meets weekly on Sunday evenings during term time, for fun, fellowship and chat. Beulah Tots parent and toddler group runs on Tuesday mornings during term time. We also run occasional play sessions for under 7s eg during the summer holiday. These are publicised locally and on social media, including the Beulah Facebook page. Family film sessions are held in the Canolfan monthly on the 3rd Saturday of each month (except July, August, December) - dates are publicised through local posters and on Beulah Facebook page. Films chosen are suitable for all ages. Although our licence does not permit us to publicly advertise the film title, we can respond to enquiries to let you know what is coming up in the next month or two.
Our commitment Events for children and young people are organised and supervised by volunteers. All volunteers who have responsibility for children and young people undertake a DBS (police checks), in line with our safeguarding policy. We aim to provide opportunities for positive engagement with children and young people in a welcoming, wholesome and inclusive manner. For those that choose it, we aim also to enable children and young people to develop a meaningful and grounded faith in Christ, including active commitment to peace, justice and the environment. Enquiries Any enquiries about our work with children and young people should be directed in the first instance to the church secretary.
